Appetizers

1. Roasted Mushroom Tart - Local goat cheese, roasted wild mushrooms, roasted peppers, and onions.

2. Cider Scented Scallops - Scallops served with warmed apple butter, toasted raisin bread, and granny smith apple salad.

3. Bruschetta - Your choice of two of three bruschettas:  olive tapanade, sundried tomato pesto & fresh mozzarella, or carmelized onion with pecorino cheese.

4. Soup or Salad - These will vary depending on your entree choice and season.

Entrees

1. Cherry Stuffed Roasted Pork served with braised winter greens and roasted sweet potato & sage puree.

2. Coffee Marinated Strip Steak served with balsamic glazed root vegetables and crushed new potatoes.

3. Chicken Marsala over seasonal vegetable risotto.

4. Handmade Ravioli - Learn to make fresh pasta and then fill it with wild mushrooms and ricotta cheese, or chef's choice of seasonal ingredients.

Desserts

1. Apple Tarte Tatin - an upside-down apple tarte in which the apples are carmalized in butter and sugar before the tart is baked.

2. Warm Chocolate Cake with Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

3. Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce
