Chef Scotty Bowman:

Scotty was born and raised in Johnson City, TN.  After spending 5 years away, he has returned to his hometown to raise his family.  He has a culmination of 16 years of experience working in the restaurant industry.  Working with some of the best chefs in the southeast, which included an unforgettable experience cooking at the James Beard House in New York City, he has built a vast repertoire of skills and knowledge that he would like to share with you, your family, and friends.
